The standard unit specification is a 6 stage purification system providing 192 liters per day over a 24 hour period at 25ºC which is equivalent to 8 Litres per hour
The stages of purification are as follows:
Stage 1:a 5 micron pre-filter removes large solid particles
Stage 2: a 1 micron pre-filter removes smaller particles
Stage 3: Carbon block filter removes Chlorine
Stage 4: R/O membrane removes Trace elements and dissolved solids
Stage 5: Activated carbon canister removes odours from the water
Stage 6: Ion selective resin filter which removes any remaining ions and dissolved salts
The pressurised reserve tank is available in different capacities ranging from 20 - 100 litres to meet the
laboratory requirements
Water purity is 1.1 part per million
Ion exchange resin replacement is indicated by a colour change and becomes orange which indicates
replacement is required.
The Marlin 7 stage unit includes an Ultraviolet steriliser in-line just before the dispensing tap. This unit will kill most bacteria and fungae.

Used for routine testing for RPR, VDRL, latex tests and other procedures that require a standard speed

The PLATE WASHER is an automated washer for
micro-plates with 96 wells.
Original and versatile aspirate and dispense system: less than 3 µl of residue washing liquid.
The software is powerful and versatile capable of managing and memorizing up to 100 different washing programs.
Programmable incubation capability.
In combination with the Plate Reader, offers a complete work station for the washing and reading of
ELISA tests.
The software allows the operator to execute any
washing cycle; parameters setting through keyboard and
display.
Washing volume programmable between 200 - 400µl, in steps of 50 µl volumes
Processing time of 70 seconds to complete washing procedure for a 96 well plate

TOT BIL Plus is used to analyse the icterus course of bilirubin in neonatal or paediatric samples in centrifuged whole blood drawn in a micro capillary tube
Very low sample volume of approximately 70µl
Sample is analysed through a double beam photometric
system with two optical filters, one filter measuring
Bilirubin and the other corrects the sample result for any haemoglobin
interference
Results can be reported in mg/dl or µmol/l
No reagents are required to perform the test
The standard and the calibration curve are stable for a long time, so that maintenance and technical assistance are
reduced
The test measurement time is less than 5 seconds
TOT BIL Plus is equipped with a built in printer displaying
results in a sequential format

It spins 24 standard 75mm capillary tubes at 11,000 rpms
